Services Disclaimer

We offer a variety of tuning and performance upgrades for diesel and petrol vehicles. These services are intended for off-road or motorsport use unless otherwise stated.

 

Emission System Deletes

We offer services such as DPF, EGR, and AdBlue deletes on request. By law, these modifications are:

  • Illegal for vehicles used on public roads in Australia

  • Not covered under any warranty from ECU Tuning & Automotive

  • May void your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty

  • May result in your vehicle being defected by road authorities

By proceeding with an emissions delete service, you acknowledge and accept full legal responsibility for how your vehicle is used post-modification. ECU Tuning & Automotive is not liable for any fines, penalties, loss of registration, warranty issues, or legal consequences arising from emissions-related modifications.

 

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our tuning services, subject to the following conditions:

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when the tune was applied.

  • The original tune must be removed before processing a refund.

  • This guarantee applies only to software tuning services, not mechanical parts or custom modifications.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to ecutuningandautomotive@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of the service.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after review.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver safe and effective performance enhancements, we are not liable for:

  • Any mechanical or electrical issues that may arise post-tuning

  • Vehicle defects or faults due to improper maintenance or unrelated issues

  • Loss of manufacturer warranty

  • Vehicle inspections, emissions testing failures, or legal penalties

Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

 

Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • Your vehicle is in sound mechanical condition prior to tuning

  • You understand the risks associated with modifying factory software or hardware

  • You will use your vehicle in accordance with Australian road laws
